Discussions

Under the 8th street bridge to be exact. Each day as I cross the bridge to go to work in the morning I see them coming out from underneith the South side of the bridge to await the doors of the Crystal to open. And ussually on lunch when going home I will see them in a group under the bridge, usually sharing some sort of bottle.  
 
I went to investigate the "camp" as it would seem be. There were two men passed out lying on the ground and I took off.  
 
I think it is the same group of guys the Brandon Sun did a story on a couple of years ago, I am not sure.  
 
This just seems wrong in all the worst ways.
