Impaired Driver:
On the 7th of April , Police received a call at 9:53 pm from a driver reporting she was hung up on the railway tracks, she believed she was at 26th and Pacific. Officers attempting to locate the vehicle discovered it in the 24th street North area. The driver of the vehicle had driven off the road and onto the tracks. Upon police speaking with the driver in her early 40's , it was discovered that she had been drinking. The accused was arrested for impaired driving and was taken back to the Brandon Police Service, where she registered readings of over twice the legal limit. The accused will appear in court latter this month.
