So I was on the way home yesterday, and pulled up behind what I assume is a recyling truck.... It was absolutely DISGUSTING there was garbage flying out of the back of the truck (mostly toilet paper ..sick)And landing in peoples yards!! My question is...Do they not have a cover to close on these trucks?? If not, then why do they ask us not to bag the items that go in the recyling bin?? To me the city looks way more dirty since these new bins... I like them, but they definately need to do something with all this garbage flying around!
