sony laptop repair-person??

i have a sony Vaio laptop with a broken hinge..does anyone know where in town there is a place that would specialize in the sony laptops??? sony wants me to send it to calgary...but with the customer service i recieved over the phone, i'm afraid they will do the wrong thing...its only the hinge, my computer is working at 100%, i just can't close it..any suggestions??
