internet in the country

My boyfriend and I are moving out to the country this weekend and we have been talking about different internet service providers but are undecided on the best choice. It appears that whatever we choose it will be fairly expensive to get it up and running. I'm just wondering what some people are using and comments on that provider. Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated.
