Twin Bridges on 18th St N.

Well the city had it's biggest idea to build 2 new twined bridges in the north end to kill off the bottle nose affect and to help advoid traffic accidents. Now I drive around quite alot I advoid 18th cause it's just a mad line up of traffic and there is tons of accidents. 1st is way faster and ya you might burn that $2 of gas getting there. I want to know what year they plan of finishing these bridges. Are we lacking the funding to complete it? I drive by there and I see maybe about 5 guys working on it. Well I hope one of these years we will have it.
