"No Purchase Necessary" (CT scratch tickets)

We went into CT today with those scratch tickets that have been distributed in flyers. The casheir refused to do a "no purchase entry" called the managers and they refused to allow a NPE. I called CT Corporate customer relations, and as clealy stated in the contest rules a pruchace is not needed and if a $5 coupon is revieled the processing is much the same as the grand prize, the customer has to mail in for it after processing in the store. Has anyone else had a hard time with this? Hopefuly this will be resolved once corporate sends the fax. I'll try again tomorrow. That should give them enough time to inform all their staff. 10G...10G... I hope
