Has anyone on here recently purchased an RTM? Just wondering who is a good builder to use and what the prices are like.
Looking for around 1200- 1300 sq feet.
Also, any idea on how much a basement this size would cost to put in. What other costs do we need to consider?
As you can tell, just in the starting stages of looking into this so any info would be great!
