Just a heads up to the residents of 9th St. Twice I have observed the same guy pulling on door handles trying to gain access to vehicles. Both times it has been after 3am and he has been walking with a friend. When he can't get into the car he becomes frustrated and kicks the vehicle or throws rocks at it. The guy wears the same clothing every time. Black t-shirt, with white writing, Grey sweatpants, skinny build, shoulder length brown hair. Don't think there is much BPS can do unless he actually gets into the vehicle, but I must say they have done an awesome job and responded very quickly both times, however I'm not sure they have got the guy. So keep an eye out, lock your car and bring your valuables in at night.
