do we have a arson in town?

I always read the BPS reports, I like to keep up with the crime reports so that if anything is going on in my neighborhood, I can be more on the out look. Here are the reported fires:
6th Sept
400 block of 10th- stairs to an upstairs suite catch on fire and a resident get seriously burned
17 Sept
300 block of Park Ave E- dumpster fire
500 block of 13th-vehicle fire
300 block of 6th-vehicle fire
300 block Louise Ave-break,enter and arson- someone broke into a apartment and started a fire
20 Sept
600 block of 38th-vehicle fire
0-100 block Confederation Bay-vehicle fire
who ever is doing this I hope the BPS catches them soon. There has already been 1 victim burned. I think this person is very dangerous, just think someone breaking into your house while your sleeping, and setting a fire.Anyone in these areas keep your doors and windows locked and if you see anything, phone it in. We need who ever is doing this to be caught before someone gets killed.
