At about 3:45PM our attention was diverted outside by an ambulance, firetruck and police cruiser.  
 
Appears someone had driven there rather new mustang up a curb and partly through a chain-link fence. All took place in an enclosed parking lot area for apartment block.  
 
No idea on the details on how it happened, however seeing how the police were about 20ft. from my window I could easily hear the conversation they were having with the driver.  
 
Couple Facts:  
-Airbags deployed  
-Insurance was and has been expired since July 2nd  
-Car is being impounded
