My wife and I were just driving home, and when we pulled up to stop some guy in a green Oldsmobile stopped right beside us. I turned to look, because it's unusual for a car to stop in the middle of the street.  
 
He pulled up beside us, brought a disposable camera up and took a picture, scowled, and drove off...  
 
I don't know why, but it was kinda unnverving - like it was some nut taking a picture of his next victim heh... In any case I grabbed his license plate. In hindsight I kinda wish I'd followed him and asked him what the picture was for.
