City of Brandon - Report to Citizens

I received the Report to Citizens that was put out by the City of Brandon and was again (like the last report received) pleased to be informed at our progress and direction of the city. I hope that everyone takes the opportunity to read and digest what they have sent. It is available in the Brandon Sun (Sunday) or, I am assuming, the City of Brandon web site. Maybe Adam could post a link to the report (his computer skills seem to exceed mine). I applaud the city for taking the effort to keep it's citizens (taxpayers) informed and for being open to discussion and criticisms on issues pertaining to civic issues.
