Does anyone own a male cat, full grown, mainly white with black spots?  
This animal has been roaming around the Pacific Ave/ Westbrook, Westaway, Westcott Bay area.  
 
I saw him today, and he looked a little worse than before with a noticeable back left leg limp, and what appeared to be a scratch on the right front arm.  
 
If he is stray, it will be getting cold soon.  
 
I did give animal control a call, and we may put out a trap for him later on, as it would be sad to have him live thru a harsh Manitoba winter if he is stray.  
 
If he isn't the owners may wish to ensure he is okay and not seriously injured.
