I thought that as Shilo has just sent off a few hundred soldiers to Afghanistan, that it might be nice for us to start a best wishes thread.  
 
My husband is among those recently deployed and as some of them now have internet in the most remote areas, they would be able to view these from their respective places.  
 
ebrandon has become an extremely popular site with many military personnel and as there are "die hard ebrandoners" over there, including my husband, this would give them the encouragement and appreciation they need, not to mention the morale boost.  
 
So, if you have a few minutes to spare, please tell our troops how much you appreciate their hard work and sacrifices and that you wish them a safe return.  
 
You would not only help the troops, but also warm the hearts of their families as well, who await their safe return.
