New BP station

I may have missed the meetings at city Hall to exhibit the plans for the new Police Station on 10th and Victoria, if so where are they? The new Fire Hall had dozens on forums at City Hall and Community Centers, but this new facility has not been mentioned. How much will it cost? Will it have a garage? Will it have holding cells? Will it have an investigation Lab? Will it have a Gym? and so on. As for the roof problems, Dah! Flat Roof = pools of water = water seeps through surface and damages structure.
