Ok i realize that this topic has probably come up but what I saw today just made me go "hummmmmmmm" So coming around the bends on 1st right before construction just as it is posted max50 zone, a community service BPS suv comes up beside me and passes me. Not a big deal, but as we pass through the speed change he doesn't slow down. I would think that the big speed board would be pretty acurate so it says that he is doing 63. I am now doing 49. So as we climb the hill he is still doing a pretty clip because he is now moving farther and farther away. Do speed limits have to followed by every one or is this just a case of "do as I say not as I do"? How can they really expect me to pay a speeding ticket (which i have never had) when they are speeding. Makes me wonder a little bit.
