Dave Barnes and Ryan Lowe were fined $300.00 for chaining themselves to trees. Dou you think that is fair? Personally I think they could have found a better way to get their point across. In fact, I don't think they made a statement at all, except being foolish. They probably cost the company that was trying to work up there more than $600 in lost time.
