Could Westman support a Chapters or McNally Robinson?

Brandon has it's share of fine book stores including Coles and Pennywise books.
One of the highlights when making the trip to Winnipeg or even Saskatoon is being able to spend a bit of time in a large bookstore such as a Chapters of McNally Robinson. No slight at current local stores which have sold me a ton of great books over the years and will no doubt continue to.. but some might say that the larger stores have a way of turning book-buying from shopping into an experience in itself.
Do you feel the Westman trading area is large enough to support a variation of one of these stores (obviously it would be a situation of whichever one gets here first would be the only one with a chance of making a go of it)?
Do you personally see yourself as someone that would visit one a few times per month? or does the trend toward getting information digitally make it too much of a risk for one of the above to try a market this small?
It's worth noting that each of Lethbridge and Red Deer, with populations of around 85,000, have a Chapters (not sure how those stores compare in size to Winnipeg's?). Obviously different market dynamics at play and cities that still have quite a few more people than us, but neither is what I'd describe as a large city...
