all the quality pizza shops closing at midnight?!?!?!?!?

whats going on with this all of the really good pizza joints close at midnight now... i bet there loosing out on at least 25% of there business in a weekend and what about all the drunk people that give great tips, common you know you have done it. this really frustrates me though cause ometimes ya really just want that slice of great pizza
