Uh I had a nap and it transformedmy face from a stretched out wrinkley one to a plump fresh smoothe looking face and my eyes like I looked ten years younger.
I see many people who work from 7 am to 7 pm and don't ever take naps. It should be manditory in every work place that people take naps. At least 15 minutes a between from 2-5. Even hour long naps help even if you don't feel like you need a nap. Trust me you do. I even was told by my counselour that children and teens should sleep at least 10-12 hours a night because their brain needs time to grow.
Im just putting this out there for the hard working people and moms and dads and families that I see working hard all the time.
