burnt out street lights

On Wednesday i was on the city of brandon website and happenned to spot the place to report burnt out street lights(If you click on "Living in Brandon", then scroll down) I reported two lights that were going off and on constantly. Thursday before noon Manitoba Hydro was there changing the bulbs. Awesome service.
