Assistance Required: License plate

Just a shot in the dark here but I need a liitle help finding a license plate. It will probably have the plate holder still attached and probably a cord wrapped around it somehow. Somewhere out there. Manitoba Plate #FBG 189. If you find it please let me know. If my daughter is reading this I am not placing blame just unplug next time. Thanks for your help.
