Last night our new neighbours (1 month or less) that moved in once again had a party, wich it's saturday no one really minds, the noise quit around 11:30pm. unill later at around 4 am we are rudely woken up by music cranked and people shouting. They live in the middle of our building so more then us were woken, as well as there is a newborn living below them and they know this yet have no repect for anyone. At 4:30am today I was tempted to call the cops but didn't if this happends again I'm phoning the landlords and the cops, it even says on the rental agreement for everyone no parties. Is it rude of me to call the cops if this occurs again?

this is happening every fri and sat and sometimes during middle week, people in the building are loosing sleep because of the new tenants being loud and rude by ignoring common courdasy
