Is it just me or do others feel the same way regarding something people do in the winter time in Brandon (and other places)!  
 
WHY DO PEOPLE DRIVE AROUND WITH THIER BLOCK HEATER CORDS WRAPPED AROUND THIER MIRROR AND STILL PLUGGED IN?  
 
Are these people just lazy? Do they know how stupid it looks? Do they not care that the cord rubbing on their car blowing in the wind is scratching up the car? I know people need the cords at more than one location and maybe are scared to leave it at home as someone might take it but come on! How much time could it possibly take to unplug the cord and throw it in the trunk or back seat?  
 
I was driving around this morning and I saw 5 cars in a row all doing this. It just makes me shake my head.
