Break and enter suspect arrested

An adult female from Brandon was arrested on 2010-02-12 for a break-in to a residence in the 1500 block of 3rd St on 2010-02-10. On this occasion the renter of the residence returned home to find the accused inside the residence. The accused fled prior to Police arrival. The accused was known to the victim. The accused was located at her residence and arrested. The accused was released from Police custody on a court order and is scheduled to appear in Brandon Provincial court on 2010-04-01.
