Free MTS wireless- outside perimeter not included!

So MTS fired up this new promo and I as others are black balled because we live outside that area( the perimeter). We are not worth the "Promo" is my feelings.
In short the promo in todays press and I meet all except where I live.
I could get the most popular program MTS cell program. ( the insider) for free( 36 month contract). I only need MTS Home phone service and the net. Yes whoo hoo.
Nope - its only available to the peggers.
Well its a private company now and it can choose its battle grounds re prices etc. Yes the peg market is tough. In this case though it has peeved this long timer off. Maybe its best to look for westman for my landline??
Maybe I could just go buy a Rogers cell phone.
Yes it irks me that because I live out in the boon docks I am pooched re this deal.
