Rosser Ward will have a new councillor

Per the CKLQ link below, Vince Barletta will not be seeking re-election this fall.
That means that there will be at least two new faces this fall as Doug Paterson has been clear for quite some time that this is his last term as Councillor for the Assiniboine Ward..
