I approach a busy school crossing on Victoria ave. E. on my way home, I notice a car stopped at the "Green" light, two small children 6 or 7 years old standing waiting to cross since they were late for school, I slow down and notice the Elderly woman mid 70's stopped at the solid green light and is waving these two kids to cross Victoria avenue, they do and are nearly both railed by a truck who can't see them in front of the woman's car at the green light as he cruises along the lane beside her.  
 
This doesn't sit well with me knowing that my kids are being lured into a deadly situation by someone who clearly has no clue any more about what their responsibility is as a motorist. I see it all the time as a professional driver, in the young and old.  
Children and Grandchildren maybe you should take some responsibility for the public's safety and take a ride with your senior loved ones and really look at the choices they make when they are driving.
