Need help with a business plan for school

Hi there, I am working on a business plan for school and want to be sure that I am very in depth on location, startup cost, operating cost etc.
I have a very detailed marketing plan already and know exactly what I want so far.
Does anyone know who I would get in touch with regarding the buildings in the 10th St Emporium? This is the perfect location but need the figures for my plan and was really hoping to get in just to take a few pictures to include.
Any help would be greatly appreciated... and who knows, since our teacher actually has a banker coming in to listen to our presentations, maybe there will be a hip new place opening soon. LOL
