police this am

As I was going to work this am at 5:00 I turned onto 1st to head north and there was a police car that had Rosser blocked off and a car farther down was also blocking the street off, also went by Pacific and there was another one sitting there plus one down around 4th or 5th all had there lights flashing, just wondering if anybody has heard what was going on.
