Police last night 9:00 PM 10th and VIC

Older car has 3 cops and unmarked truck attending at Liquer mart across from old safeway at 10th and VIC. Grabbed cars occupants and put them on the ground pretty quick. Can't find nothing about this, anybody know anything?? Guy just pulled in and all these cops showed up from nowhere but it obviously warrented some attention?
