Anyone seen their property tax assessment yet?

Mine jumped from $1900 to $2276.
Am I happy?
You guess.
Boy, I'm thrilled to have the new firehall on the wrong side of the bridge to save my home, and to have the new french immersion school that nearly no one wants, and to have endless discussions about a new police station (that will undoubtedly increase my taxes by another $300 next year). And yet I can't get my street plowed in the winter.
the city really needs to shut the *$## up about Brandon being an affordable place to live . House prices and taxes are really sucking the $$$ out of people who try to live here. Salaries are not keeping up with the cost of living, and the city just added to this burden.
a 20% increase in taxes in 1 year. I know people who have seen 40% on this year's bill.
I'd go burn down city hall, but then they'd have to build a new one and that would just cost me more taxes.
I can't get no satisfaction.
