Hillcrest Residents are not told what to do in case of fire

My grandma lives on the second floor at Hillcrest and is dismayed that no residents seem to know what to do in case of fire.
When management has been asked what the protocol is, residents have been told to "not worry about it" and "we've been trained on how to rescue you".
Their response leaves a lot to be desired.....
