notary of public not just a lawyer, in brandon????

does anyone know if there is someone in brandon who is a notary of the public with an official badge, i need papers notarized, but it cant be just a lawyer, it needs to be either the minister of foreign affairs, or a notary of the public who carries an official badge Thanks for your help
