So I just called the daycare that my children have been on for months to see where abouts they are on the list and was told that they no longer have a list.  
When I asked about it they said that they forwarded all of the names for the new registry but they dont know if they stay in order and that I should place my name on the registry to ensure that I get childcare.  
WTF? So now because of the governments brilliant idea it could be longer before I get spots? I thought this new registry didnt come into effect until fall sometime and I can't find anything that has a website to apply to. For those daycares that handed over their lists, what are they supposed to do in the meantime?  
 
Can anyone help me out with a website or anythng? Or know of a daycare in the Kirkaldy area? My son will be in Kidergarten and in order for me to pick him up from school to drive him across town to another daycare I will have to miss an entire class everyday at the college.
