contractor language, what the.....fudge?

so here`s the scenario, i`m taking my kids to my x-wife`s place. she lives in low income housing. right now they are re-doing the units. well the workers were using language that would make a sailor blush!! every second word, f-this an sh..well you get the point. we could hear them from the street.
what i would like some help on, is there a law against this? i know if i just tell them to watch the language it would be pointless. the children WILL pick up on this. so any help ,i would greatly apprecaite it. thanks!
