Contact for Girl Guide registration Fall 2010 ??

I am trying to find out when registration is this year as well as prices/uniforms etc etc...
My 7 year old would love to join Brownies this year and I have received a number for MB Office...not in service. I've left a few emails/voicemails for another person who has apparantly directed my info on to someone else...I cannot seem to get in contact with anyone who has this information. I do have the name for the District Commissioner of Brandon, but no phone number for her...
Does anyone have this information or any contact information ??
