Catch and release pond at Discovery Center

Just read in "sound off" about the catch and release pond. Are they really going to let people catch and release the same fishes over and over and over and over? The person also stated that they felt the pond was also a hazard and could possibly end up with the city being involved in a lawsuit. I don't think this catch and release is a good thing as I like every creature and wish no harm to any. Sorry to be so out of the loop but are our tax dollars paying for this?
