Kirkaldy is a BAD spot to get nabbed everybody is in such a hurry to get to the coral centre!! Victoria ave east is another "HOT" spot. Driving south on Ist just over the bridge another one too. All you can do is pay close attention to the ever changing speed zones in the city!!
