I have had my cat for nearly 7 months now, and when we first got him he was very scared like most kittens but after a couple days he got use to us. Now he can't stop meowing, even with his litter cleaned, water & food bowl full, he still keeps on meowing. When I have in my room at night or outside my room the little guy won't shut it.  
It's starting to irritate me A LOT, I love him to bits and by no means do I want to get rid of him.  
Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be bothering him or a way to make him stop?  
He's neutered, and Ive already tried the water bottle spray(he stops what ever he is doing when I bring it out now but after a couple of minutes hes doing it again).
