Employment Equity will be a factor in the process. Therefore, applicants are asked to indicate if they are a member of a designated group.
Aboriginal, visible minority, person with a disability, or female
Why not save some print and just say "WHITE MALES NEED NOT APPLY". Most people don't understand that in the total picture, white males have become a visible minority. Wonder what the white males paying with their own money for related courses at ACC would have to say about the possibility of employment at ACC. My support for ACC cannot continue for such a backwards and political regime, it's just so pathetic, but typical of Government.
On the otherhand how refreshing and enlightened to see another ad by KOCH .
We are committed to hiring people with the right virtue and talent, developing their skills and rewarding them for the value they create.
Bravo nice to see some sanity, and forward thinking.
