Horse Drawn Carriage Rides?

A few weeks ago, I thought I heard on the radio something about horse drawn carriage rides downtown on Wednesday nights. Did I imagine this? Was it a one time event? Or is this something that goes on every Wednesday.... if it is a real event, is it like one big ride with tons of people on it? Or are they just for two or three people at a time?
Does anyone know anything about this?
