Is it allergies or Measles?

My daughter is 14 months old but just got her 12 month shots because we just moved here and didn't have a Dr. Anyways, she got her MMR last Tuesday, had a fever all weekend and today she has a rash all over her face and chest...is it a rash like measles, is it an allergy to the vaccinations...any tips would be great. I can't get in to my Dr until Friday. She hasn't had any allergies to any other vaccine but all the info i have found on measles says a child who is vaccinated might develop a rash that looks like measles but it isn't contagious.
