Why is EVERY main street in Brandon being "fixed" at the same time?!
Yeah, 18th and 1st have been under construction all summer. But recently I've noticed parts of 26th, Aberdeen, Park, Kirkaldy, etc etc, being dug and torn up. What's going on? And why must they do all these streets at once?
