Accident at 13th and Van Horne

There's just been a 2 vehicle accident at 13th and Van Horne. A taxi van has been flipped on its roof, with the front end of the other vehicle taking significant damage as well. According to someone that lives near the intersection, the occupant of the van (hopefully the only occupant) walked out with some help which has to be encouraging news. I really hope that anyone that was in the car is okay.
Police, fire, ambulance are on the scene. I'd strongly encourage people to stay out of the area for the next while as emergency personnel do their job.
