Looking for everyone's opinion on this topic please...

am just wondering if everyone can give me their opinion on a topic that is very touchy. How do you think the pay structure should be set up for the following.(ie in what order do you think the following should be paid from most to least.) Receptionist, vet, AHT (animal health tech), bookkeeper, bookkeeper assist, and kennel attendant. Also should experience and years of service count towards the ranking. Thanks all.....
