Childcare provider: A bit frustrated

I am a childcare provider(my spots are filled so don't PM me please) and i posted an ad in the childcare section. I paid to have my post there.
I have since seen about a dozen in the wanted section offering childcare. This is a free spot and it clearly states you can not post for money making services. It is where people go to post if they need childcare, not to offer!
I am very frustrated that these posts are still there, while some of us respect the policy of this site and paid for our ads. Why are they still able to be on the wanted section? Is there no moderator for this site?
