WCG Cable HD channel 401 CBS: Drop outs

Anyone else experiencing "Drop outs" on Westman Communications HD Channel 401 CBS. A dropout occurs when the a part of the picture gets pixelated and the sound quits. It only happens for a second or two, but can become really annoying when watching this channel for any period of time. I've narrowed it down that it only happens on this channel. Now need to find out if it's only happening to my TV. Researching on the internet I've found that it can be caused if the channel signal strength is weak. Thought I would check with ebrandon before contacting Westman. In case it's just me.
