I was actually surprised to not see this topic already on here. Since dance classes have already begun at studios around town, surely I cannot be the first parent annoyed with the conditions at the studio we chose for my preschool daughter. I am glad that this studio has moved from their previous location to a newer and renovated location downtown. I remember seeing an article in the Brandon Sun about how great this was for downtown to have the two major dance studios move to the area in an effort to revitalize it. However, I wonder how much thought was actually put into the move. They have gone from 3 studios to 4 (more kids, more registrations, more income) but with 4 crucial missteps:  
1. Severe lack of parking  
2. LESS waiting space and seating than the previous location for the parents of the kids in class or those waiting for the next class to start (remember, they have more kids and parents to accomodate)  
3. Only two single-stall washrooms and no change rooms  
4. I am hoping they actually do have a ventilation system with air conditioning, however considering how sweltering it was while waiting, I'm not sure.  
 
I will be looking for alternatives for my dance-loving daughter for sure. Am I the only one?
